2013 North East Epilepsy Research Network Meeting

This years NEERM will take place on Friday 27th September 2013.

The North East Epilepsy Research Meeting (NEERM) is now in its 5th year and will take place on Friday
27th September 2013, at Beamish Hall Hotel, Stanley, Co. Durham, DH9 0YB. This annual meeting aims to showcase epilepsy research taking place in the North East and be a platform to bring together clinicians and research scientists working in this area.

Attendance to the meeting this year is free but registration is required, lunch and light refreshments are included.

After the meeting you may wish to stay and dine at ‘The Stables’ restaurant at the hotel. If you would like to stay and socialise at this informal meal you will need to purchase a £10 deposit voucher to reserve a place. You must pay for the remaining balance of your meal on the day. A sample menu is available to view on their website here. As a guide the cost of a 3 course meal is approx £25-30.

Transport
We will be arranging a bus from ‘The Newcastle University Medical School’ on Framlington Place to the Beamish Hall Hotel on the morning of the meeting. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you would like to use this service please tick the box at registration.
In the evening there will be two buses, one returning around 7pm straight after the meeting. The second will depart around 10pm for those wishing to stay for dinner. Again please register your preference on the registration form.
