Neuroscience North East – 15th December 2011 Free Entry
As in previous successful events, this conference will bring together early career multidisciplinary neuroscientists in the broadest sense, from basic scientists, through to translational clinical scientists, & everything in between, including neurochemists, pharmacologists, chemists, computer scientists, molecular and cell biologists, clinical scientists, physicists, vision and cognitive animal and human scientists, psychologists etc. This will be an early career (postgraduate & postdoctoral) conference where the young participants co-chair sessions and present their work via dedicated themed Oral and Poster sessions in a friendly informal setting. A Special Lecture at the end of the day from Professor Miles Whittington (ION, Newcastle), followed by prizes will take us into the traditional refreshments & networking session!
